1. Is there a contract?
YES - Contractors are required to sign a yearly contract with Doyo Dojo requiring 30 days notice for termination of agreement by either side, unless a breach of contract has been confirmed. Policies and procedures outlined in the contract will be strictly adhered to in order to remain at the facility.
2. What is the rent?
There are 3 tiers for rent, based on the number of clients serviced by the trainer. This allows you room to grow! The three tiers are:
- 0-5 clients - $1000/mo
- 6-15 clients - $1500/mo
- 16+ clients - $2000/mo
3. Do my clients have to pay for a membership?
NO! Your rent includes your clients' memberships, and they are all required to have fobs and scan in for their sessions just as you are when you use the facility.
4. What safety measures are in place at the facility?
We have a 24 hr camera system covering the whole facility along with a multi-million dollar insurance policy. We will also have staff on-site from 6am-6pm.
5. Am I required to have insurance?
YES! You and your business need to have insurance with a minimum of $2 million dollars of coverage. If you need to purchase a policy, you can visit:

Please list us as a facility you work out of and provide us with a copy of the policy for our records.
6. Do you provide client leads?
No. You must not approach members to inquire about training or coaching. They can approach you, but any notification otherwise will result in a breach of contract. Doyo Dojo is a friendly, family-oriented facility and soliciting of any kind will not be tolerated. Let's keep the facility fun and enjoyable for everyone at all times!
7. When do I have access to the facility?
24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Pretty unbeatable when it comes to offering high level service to all of your clients!
8. What equipment will I have access to?
You can use the whole facility! All equipment is first come, first served, so you may only use equipment or obstacles that are not currently occupied, or you can bring implements with you to use with your clients in addition to what we have.
If you bring equipment, please check with management for approval before use, and be sure to take it with you when you leave to ensure its proper care!
Here is a general list of all equipment that we will have:
- Power Racks
- Barbells and plates
- Dumbbells and kettlebells
- Battle ropes and med balls
- Suspension straps (TRX's)
- Boxes
- Cardio equipment including treadmills, rowers, and bikes
- Mats
What we will not have:
- Plate-loaded machines
- Cable Machines
- Turf/Sleds
- Bands
9. Does Dojo Doyo offer anything else in addition to the obstacle and equipment usage?
Yes! Our facility will have classes, workshops, and seminars available to members, including yourself and your clients. Some will be included in the membership, and some will be additional charges.
We are also open to any ideas for events held at Doyo Dojo. If you or someone you know would like to host an event of your own using our facility, we would be happy to speak with you about making that happen!
